Strenth Training for new Moms

New Participants always welcome! If you miss the start date of a session the facility will pro rate your fees. Please be sure to register 48hrs before class starts to avoid dissapointment! We also offer drop-in for most of our classes. Register online or by calling 778-984-0034

Make-Up Class Policy: We understand that you might miss a class or two. If you are registered for a program, you can make up a maximum of 2 missed classes* per session. These classes must be made up in the coquitlam/ port coquitlam territory, within 30 days of the missed class. You will need to get a signed make-up class card from your instructor. No make up class card = no make up class. *Please note: this is a Fit 4 Two policy ONLY. Not applicable to other offerings from the city community centers. Due to facility logistics, make-up passes from Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness or Bootcamp can not be used to attend our new Spin & Strength class.

Refund Policy:No refunds without a Doctor's note. You may be able to get a class credit, but each situation will be reviewed individually.
