Mandy holds BCRPA certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Weight Training and Fitness Theory. She is a Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist and Canfit Pro member, attending both conferences annually. Mandy also has her First Aid and CPR tickets.
Mandy is a positively motivational gal ready to help you build or maintain your fitness goals during your pregnancy and once baby arrives.
Mandy has worked as a server for many years and always managed to fit in her own exercise routine to keep up with the demands of this physically challenging job. With a background in Human Kinetics from Langara College Mandy decided to take her own knowledge of fitness and get certified to instruct others. Shortly after obtaining her Personal Training certification Mandy had her first child- daughter Alyssa. Expanding her education to include Pre and Post Natal exercise seemed a natural choice.
With her own Mother involved in the fitness industry for 20+ years, Mandy knows firsthand how crucial it is to have a positive role model when it comes to leading a fit, healthy lifestyle. She is eager to help the mothers in and around her community to be the positive influence that their growing family needs.
Joining the Fit 4 Two team has allowed Mandy to gain the confidence and education required to lead new and expecting moms through a complete full body conditioning exercise routine that is both safe and functional. For mom and baby!
