In Prenatal News: Fit 4 Two® Langley is offering Prenatal Yoga at Destination Maternity on Saturday and Sunday Mornings. What a great way to start the day! Prenatal Yoga is also offered at Timms Rec Center and don't forget about Prenatal Fitness at Willowbrook.
In Postnatal News: Fit 4 Two® Langley has added a second Mom and Baby Yoga at Destination Maternity on Thursdays. Mom and Baby Yoga is still offered on Mondays at Destination Maternity. And don't forget all the other fabulous Mom and Baby classes we offer at a variety of rec centers.
Don't forget about our great workshops. Check out our shcedule for workshops offered. Don't see a workshop that works for you? Get 3 or more moms together for your own private workshop. Just email Lindsay to book it.
Make-Up Class Policy: We understand that you might miss a class or two. If you are registered for a program*, you can make up a maximum of 2 missed classes per session. These classes must be made up in within 30 days of the missed class. You need to email me 24 hours Prior to making up a class. All sessions need to be made up in the current season and cannot be carried over to the next season.
PAR-Med-X for Pregnancy
For your safety and comfort, you should complete a copy of the PAR-Med-X for Pregnancy before beginning or resuming an active lifestyle. Both you and your healthcare provider (physician or midwife) need to sign it. Click here to download a copy of this form.
