Participating in Nadyne's Fit 4 Two mom and baby classes was a life saver for me. I started her classes 8 weeks postpartum, after dealing with a complicated first couple of months as a new mom. The classes have helped me deal with post partum depression, meet new moms who I can relate to, create friendships, and enjoy spending time with my baby. And to top it off, I've lost over 60 pounds with the help of Nadyne's motivational attitude!
