I took prenatal yoga with Fit-4-Two, and found the classes to be a great way to deal with the changes my (aching!) pregnant body was going through. Lindsay was excellent and provided lots of thoughtful advice for moms-to-be. I highly recommend this class to expecting mamas wanting to keep active.
