What personal training should be! I've worked with Nadyne for personal fitness training between, during and after pregnancies. I have always found that she has a particular skill for fine tuning what works for my body for the level I'm at and giving me appropriate push to excel. She is very knowledgeable about injury prevention and proper form not just in pregnancy but for the body generally. Working with her has been a good investment in my health!
