I pictured a prenatal fitness class as a bunch of pregnant ladies walking in circles clapping their hands to get their heart rates up! Boy was I ever wrong! Nadyne provides safe work out routines that allow you to stay fit during your pregnancy and always has a different lesson plan which makes for a fun class every week. I am really happy I gave it a try and am looking forward to continuing with the postnatal classes.
