Sharae is a firm believer in maintaining your health in all aspects, which led her to Fit 4 Two as a franchisee. Having overcome adrenal fatigue, preeclampsia, post partum depression and infertility, she is an advocate for women empowering themselves with the skills and resources to take charge of their own health and fitness.
Sharae worked in an office setting for two decades and realized that it was time for a change and to get moving! She was always inspired, but never had the courage to step out of her comfort zone and take the next step. Now, Sharae is certified through the BCRPA as a group fitness leader, aquatic fitness instructor and a Fit 4 Two Pre and Postnatal Specialist. Sharae is also trained to teach infant massage.
Sharae loves to cook and bake, bike ride, weight lift and be silly with her son, Makena. She hopes to further educate herself in holistic health and physical fitness to be able share the skills and tools to assist her clients, friends and family.
Sharae welcomes you and your children to her classes to be safe, inspired and educated. She looks forward to helping you reach your fitness and nutrition goals!
In Prenatal news, Fit 4 Two® Surrey is loving running the Prenatal Yoga program at the Tong Louie YMCA . WE ARE SO EXCITED to now be offering Sunday Morning Prenatal Yoga class at the same location. What a beautiful way to spend an hour at the beginning of your week!
We also have Prenatal Fitness Class running: at South Surrey and the Tong Louie YMCA. Join any class ANY time and only pay for the remaining classes.
Make-Up Class Policy (effective July 1, 2012): We understand that you might miss a class or two. If you are registered for a program*, you can make up a maximum of 2 missed classes per session. These classes must be made up in the Surrey/White Rock territory, within 30 days of the missed class. You will need to get a signed make-up class card from your instructor indicating the date the class was missed and present it at the make up class. No make up class card = no make up class.
*Applies to Prenatal Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness, Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Spin & Strength or Stroller Bootcamp, where a regular-priced registration fee was paid (e.g 'Daily Deal' classes not included). Sorry - we can not allow make-up passes infant Massage class. Only Stroller Bootcamp make-up passes can be used in Stroller Bootcamp classes (ie, you may not make up any other class type within stroller bootcamp or mom and baby indoor bootcamp class).
New Participants are welcome at any time! If you register after a start date, the facility will pro -rate your fees. Please remember though, we need FIVE people registered in any program at least FIVE days before the start date in order for it to run, so please don't leave your planned registrations to the last minute :)
Can't make it to Class or Prefer One on One? If you want to know what exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy, or most beneficial after baby is born, contact me for information on Personal Training or Small Group Training sessions. We can customize a program for you!
