Sharae is a firm believer in maintaining your health in all aspects, which led her to Fit 4 Two as a franchisee. Having overcome adrenal fatigue, preeclampsia, post partum depression and infertility, she is an advocate for women empowering themselves with the skills and resources to take charge of their own health and fitness.
Sharae worked in an office setting for two decades and realized that it was time for a change and to get moving! She was always inspired, but never had the courage to step out of her comfort zone and take the next step. Now, Sharae is certified through the BCRPA as a group fitness leader, aquatic fitness instructor, certified yoga fitness instructor and a Fit 4 Two Pre and Postnatal Specialist. Sharae is also trained to teach infant massage and indoor cycling.
Sharae loves to cook and bake, bike ride, weight lift and be silly with her son, Makena. She hopes to further educate herself in holistic health and physical fitness to be able share the skills and tools to assist her clients, friends and family.
Sharae welcomes you and your children to her classes to be safe, inspired and educated. She looks forward to helping you reach your fitness and nutrition goals!
MAKE UP CLASS POLICY (effective December 1, 2015): We understand that you might miss a class or two. If you are registered for a program, you can make up a maximum of 2 missed classes per session. These classes must be made up in the Surrey/White Rock territory at various locations only, within 60 days of the missed class. You will need to get a signed make up class card from your instructor and present it at the make up class. No make up passes for Infant Massage or Tummies 4 Mommies. Lastly, make up class cards cannot be used for the first class of a new session.
PERSONAL OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING INCLUDING INFANT MASSAGE WORKSHOPS. If you want to know what exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy, or most beneficial after baby is born, request your copy of the Pre and Postnatal Guidelines.

Thank you so much for the strength and encouragement. I think I attended 3 rounds (dropped out early on the last round) of your class and loved every minute of it. NO WAY would I be physically able to endure that delivery unless I was strong enough to get through it. Now I see why its so important to stay active through your pregnancy. It's preparation for the marathon they call delivery!!! Loved the experience and can't wait to be pregnant again and do it all over again. ere
