WHAT IS NEW??

Now you can get in an extra workout or make up a missed class more easily.  I will be offering 1 free bonus Prenatal class a month on Saturday for registered participants in any East Side prenatall class.  Not registered?  You can drop-in for $17. Check the schedule for dates.  Contact Pilar@fit4two.ca for details.

NEW PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME!

Make-Up Class Policy: We understand that you might miss a class.  If you are registered for a program*, you can make up ONE missed class per session.  The class must be made up in the Vancouver East territory, within 30 days of the missed class.  You will need to get a signed make-up class card from your instructor.  No make up class card = no make up class. This classes can be used for land classes, space permitting.

*Prenatal Fitness & Fitness Fusion, Mom & Baby Fitness, Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Spin & Strength, Mom & Baby Indoor Bootcamp or Stroller Bootcamp, where a regular-priced registration fee was paid (i.e. 'Daily Deal' classes not included).  Sorry - we can not allow make-up passes in the Tummies 4 Mommies & Infant Massage class.

Refund Policy: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the 2nd scheduled class. No other refunds requests will be considered without a doctors note. All refunds will be pro-rated with an administration fee of $5 to each person and program. Refunds will be returned by method of payment, with the exception of cash. Cash refunds will be returned by cheque and may take up to 14 days.

INTRODUCTION TO INFANT MASSAGE @ HOME WORKSHOP!

Private classes and private group classes available in the comfort of your own home. The instructor will provide oil and handouts. One 60 minute session to teach you the basics and get you started.

5-7 Adults  $25 per family 

8-12 Adults $20 per family

*ONLINE REGISTRATION*

The Vancouver parks board website stops showing current sessions after the first couple of classes have passed.  We welcome new participants at any time. All class dates on our calendars at www.fit4two.ca are accurate.If you cannot find the class you want on the park board online reg system,please call the centre directly to register.

Worried about missing a class?  Talk to Pilar about our make-up policy!

Callie creates an environment of non-judgment and fun in her classes and genuinely cares about the participants.  Even though there were (many) days where my energy levels were low during this pregnancy, I always felt re-energized at the end of class and great about what I had accomplished for me and the baby.  I attended classes from early in my second trimester until my 39th week - Callie provided ways to modify exercises as I grew and changed so that I could participate as fully as possible and get a great workout at whatever stage I was in.  I would recommend Callie\'s classes to anyone looking for an informative, fun and inspiring place to exercise during pregnancy!
