Trout Lake's Thursday 1-2pm class with Bianca (starting May 24th) has 2 spots left, and the Friday 11:30-12:30pm class with Pilar (starting May 25th) has just opened for registration! Make-Up Class Policy: We understand that you might miss a class or two.  If you are registered for a program*, you can make up a maximum of 2 missed classes per session.  These classes must be made up in the Vancouver East territory, within 30 days of the missed class.  You will need to get a signed make-up class card from your instructor.  No make up class card = no make up class. 

*Prenatal Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness, Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Spin & Strength or Stroller Bootcamp.  Sorry - we can not do make up classes for Tummies 4 Mommies & Infant Massage.

I love the social interaction with other moms-to-be, as well as classes that are dynamic and updated.  You don’t get bored with exercise because it’s a different format class to class!
