JOB POSTING: Fitness Instructor

NEW PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME!

Make-Up Class Policy: We understand that you might miss a class.  If you are registered for a program*, you can make up ONE missed class per session of one time a week and TWO make ups on sessions of two time a week. The class must be made up in the Vancouver East territory, within 30 days of the missed class.  You will need to get a signed make-up class card from your instructor.  No make up class card = no make up class. This classes can be used for land classes, space permitting.

*Prenatal Fitness & Fitness Fusion, Mom & Baby Fitness, Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Spin & Strength, Mom & Baby Indoor Bootcamp or Stroller Bootcamp, where a regular-priced registration fee was paid (i.e. 'Daily Deal' classes not included).  Sorry - we can not allow make-up passes in the Tummies 4 Mommies & Infant Massage class.

Refund Policy: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the 2nd scheduled class. No other refunds requests will be considered without a doctors note. All refunds will be pro-rated with an administration fee of $5 to each person and program. Refunds will be returned by method of payment, with the exception of cash. Cash refunds will be returned by cheque and may take up to 14 days.

INTRODUCTION TO INFANT MASSAGE @ HOME WORKSHOP!

Private classes and private group classes available in the comfort of your own home. The instructor will provide oil and handouts. One 60 minute session to teach you the basics and get you started.

5-7 Adults  $25 per family 

8-12 Adults $20 per family

The Vancouver parks board website stops showing current sessions after the first couple of classes have passed.  We welcome new participants at any time. All class dates on our calendars at www.fit4two.ca are accurate.If you cannot find the class you want on the park board online reg system,please call the centre directly to register.

Fit 4 Two has been an integral part of my post-pregnancy life, and especially east side owner Pilar Lehman. I started taking "mom and baby" spin class with Pilar 6 weeks postpartum with my first daughter. After one class I was hooked. Pilar provided fun, interesting and challenging workouts and as I continued in her classes she got to know me and helped me achieve my fitness goals. On my daughters first birthday, I was arguably in the best shape of my life. I continued to workout with her into my second pregnancy and at 4 weeks postpartum with my second daughter I was back in her classes again, doing spin and bootcamp. Not only does Fit 4 Two provide great fitness classes, but I also have met some amazing Moms and kids who I maintain great friendships with today.
