The SUMMER SCHEDULES are up and registration is open in all community centres & parks!

Register for Vancouver East classes and win a 45-minute prenatal or postnatal massage with an RMT at Soma East

Every month your name will be put in a draw – one entry for every class you attended as a registrant... the more classes you attend, the more chances you have to win!  The next draw will take place on March 31st, and will include all registrants, including those that registered mid-session!  Come join us!

Make-Up Class Policy: We understand that you might miss a class.  If you are registered for a program*, you can make up ONE missed class per session.  The class must be made up in the Vancouver East territory, within 30 days of the missed class.  You will need to get a signed make-up class card from your instructor.  No make up class card = no make up class. 

*Prenatal Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness, Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Spin & Strength or Stroller Bootcamp, where a regular-priced registration fee was paid (i.e. 'Daily Deal' classes not included).  Sorry - we can not allow make-up passes in the Tummies 4 Mommies & Infant Massage class.  Only Stroller Bootcamp make-up passes can be used in Stroller Bootcamp classes.

I’d recommend Fit 4 Two to anyone pregnant or with a newborn.  You learn so much from not only the instructors, but also the other moms.  I look forward to the classes each week!
