We have something for everyone!
 - Prenatal classes (designed for all trimesters and fitness levels): Prenatal Fitness, Prenatal Yoga
 - Postnatal classes - all levels (from 4 - 6 weeks postpartum +. Safe and beneficial for moms with diastasis recti): Stroller Fitness, Mom & Baby Fitness, Mom & Baby Spin and Strength, Mom & Baby Yoga
 - Postnatal classes - advanced (4+ months postpartum, injury free): Stroller Bootcamp, Evening Baby Free Bootcamp

Make-up Classes
We understand that you might miss a class or two.  If you are registered for a regularly priced Fit 4 Two Winnipeg program, you can make up a maximum of 2 missed classes per session*. Email natalie@fit4two.ca 24 hours prior to making up a class. Some restrictions apply.
 
*Fine print: Fit 4 Two Winnipeg East locations only, space permitting, in a class that allows drop in. All missed classes need to be made up in the current session and cannot be carried over to the next session. 
 
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available however if you have signed up for a session that you have not been able to attend, we will put a credit on file for a future session. These situations are reviewed on a case by case basis.

February is Pregnancy & Exercise Awareness Month and we're celebrating with free trial classes, workshops, and tons of great info on our social media pages!
