A perfect class for moms-to-be who prefer a blend of strength training and yoga. Each class includes a pregnancy specific warm up, strength training session and yoga segment. Connect with other moms-to-be in your community while reducing prenatal discomforts like lower back ache, fatigue and swelling.
Please note: Because we care about you and your baby, a PARmed-X for Pregnancy Form must be signed by your healthcare provider (physician or midwife) prior to your participating in class.
