Fit 4 Two® Prenatal Pilates

All fitness levels, and trimesters welcome. Designed specifically for prenatal women, Fit 4 Two® Prenatal Pilates will bring you through a series of controlled movements that focus on core and back strength, posture, flexibility and balance. Inspired and infused with a hint of yoga and barre, Prenatal Pilates offers a full body, low impact workout using a variety of equipment to keep every class fresh and fun!

Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal specialists, and follow the Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy. Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
