Fit 4 Two® Babywearing Fitness

This baby friendly class allows moms to get a great workout AND attend baby's needs at any time. Cardio and muscular conditioning are done while wearing your baby in your soft structured baby carrier. Postnatal specific core work, and flexibility are done with baby by your side on your mat. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains, and a stronger core. Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists. All fitness levels welcome. 

Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). This class is ideal for ALL ages of babies and tots who enjoy the baby carrier, including MOBILE babies. Online postnatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
