Fit 4 Two Online Postnatal Core Series

Our Postnatal Core Series is designed specifically for new moms with or without diastasis recti. We meet you where you are at by teaching progressively and inclusively.  Our focus is on a healthy core so that you can ease safely back into the activities you love and feel more confident about your body.  We have a knack for making sure all fitness levels are suitable challenged in a group setting.

This 4-week series includes 4 live (online) thirty minute classes, handouts, and a whats app group to stay connected with your classmates and ask questions.
