Mom & Baby Yoga

Fit 4 Two® Mom & Baby Yoga

Strengthen, Stretch, breathe and relax. Benefit from postures specifically tailored to your needs as a new mother. Special attention will be given to strengthening your core and releasing tension in your neck, shoulders, hips and back. Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists. All fitness levels welcome. 

Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum ( 6 weeks for caesarean birth). Pre-mobile babies only please. Online postnatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
