Mom & Baby Bootcamp

Bring baby - Get Fit Bootcamp Style!  If you are ready for a high energy indoor workout – this class is for you!  Mom & Baby Bootcamp includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core. 

Women must be 'body ready' for this advanced class.  This means that you have already eased back into fitness, been exercising 3-6 days a week (impact cardio and strength training) for at least 8 weeks, be injury free and not have diastasis recti. This means your baby is at least 4 months old.

Not quite ready? Check out Fit 4 Two® Mom & Baby Fitness or Stroller FItness (multi-level) classes. Pre-mobile babies only unless your baby is happy staying in your stroller.
