Fit 4 Two® Prenatal AquaFit
All fitness levels, and trimesters welcome. Exercising in the water is refreshing, and rejuvenating during pregnancy. Increase energy, improve circulation, decrease discomforts, and prepare for the physical demands of labour and parenting.
Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists, and follow the Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy. Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
