Fit 4 Two® Prenatal Fitness Outdoors

Let the fresh air motivate you to continue exercising regularly through the spring & summer.  Each class includes intervals of cardiovascular exercise and functional strength training followed by prenatal-specific core work and flexibility.  Connect with other parents-to-be in your community while preparing for labour and parenthood.  

Fit 4 Two® Instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists, and follow the Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy. All fitness levels, and trimesters welcome. Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
