Prenatal Personal Training Session

Personal Training Sessions are well-suited to women who have completed a Prenatal Fitness Consultation or who already feel confident in their knowledge around exercise and pregnancy, but want a Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist to design a program specific to their current needs. 

Each 60-minute session includes an analysis of current program (if applicable) and program design.  Your personal trainer will guide you safely through your workout.
