Personal Training Sessions are well-suited to women who have completed a Prenatal Fitness Consultation or who already feel confident in their knowledge around exercise and pregnancy, but want a Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist to design a program specific to their current needs.
Each 60-minute session includes an analysis of current program (if applicable) and program design. Your personal trainer will guide you safely through your workout while motivating you to do your best.

Please note: Because we care about you and your baby, a PARmed-X for Pregnancy Form must be signed by your healthcare provider (physician or midwife) prior to your participating in class.
