Fit 4 Two® Prenatal Yoga
All fitness levels and trimesters welcome. Strengthen, stretch and breathe your way to a more comfortable pregnancy. Improve posture, balance and flexibility as your instructor leads you through pregnancy-specific yoga poses, core exercises, breath work and relaxation.
Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists and follow the Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy. Registration and drop in available. Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
