Small Group Prenatal PT

Benefits of personal training during pregnancy include improved posture, increased stamina for childbirth, and reduced fatigue as well as lower back discomfort.  Training in small groups allows for social interaction without sacrificing individualized attention. 

Group training will save you money (up to 30%!) and keep you motivated!  Four clients per training group maximum.
