Fit 4 Two® Stroller Bootcamp

Are you ready for the next level?  Stroller Bootcamp for moms & babies/tots includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core.  Benefit from the camaraderie of other moms in your community while getting in a high intensity full body workout. 

Women must be 'body ready' for this advanced class.  This means that you have already eased back into fitness, been exercising 3-6 days a week (impact cardio and strength training) for at least 8 weeks, and your baby is at least 4 months old. This class is not suitable for women with diastasis recti or pelvic floor disfunction. You do not need a jogging stroller. Double strollers welcome. For safety reasons, mobile babies and tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/arms until core work.
