Tummies 4 Mommies Class

Fit 4 Two® Tummies 4 Mommies

Restore your core with evidence-based education and exercises. Not only will you look and feel better, but you will have the strength to tackle the everyday tasks of motherhood. This class is safe and effective for women with abdominal separation and pelvic floor disfunction. Fit 4 Two® instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists. All fitness levels welcome. 

Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesarean births). Pre-mobile babies only please. Online postnatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
