When you are pushing your stroller, stand tall. Stack your ears over your shoulders over your hips. Keep your pelvis neutral and engage your deep core muscles.
Because we care about you and your pregnancy, we require a completed and signed (by you and your healthcare provider) PARmed-X for Pregnancy form from all our valued pregnant clients. Be sure to bring a copy to your first Fit 4 Two class as we do not make exceptions to this policy.
When you attend your first Pretnatal Fitness/Aqua/Yoga class with Fit 4 Two, you will be asked to complete our prenatal intake form. You can either:
Arrive 10 minutes early to complete the prenatal intake form
Download the prenatal intake form, complete it and bring it with you to your first class
