Fit 4 Two® offers two advanced fitness class for postnatal women: Mom & Baby Bootcamp and Stroller Bootcamp.

Prenatal Forms

Because we care about you and your pregnancy, we require a completed and signed (by you and your healthcare provider) PARmed-X for Pregnancy form from all our valued pregnant clients.  Be sure to bring a copy to your first Fit 4 Two® class as we do not make exceptions to this policy.

When you attend your first Pretnatal Fitness/Aqua/Yoga class with Fit 4 Two®, you will be asked to complete our prenatal intake form.  You can either:

Arrive 10 minutes early to complete the prenatal intake form
Download the prenatal intake form, complete it and bring it with you to your first class
