Marina is a certified Fit 4 Two Pre and Postnatal Fitness and Postpartum Nutrition Specialist and is a BCRPA Group Fitness Leader. She holds and maintains her First Aid and CPR annually and attends pre and postnatal fitness conferences and workshops. Diastasis Recti (aka Abdominal Separation) and Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) are of particular areas of interest to her. She has dedicated herself to educating moms and moms-to-be to safely manage SPD and rehabilitate Abdominal Separation.
Marina is a proud mom that found purpose in her postnatal exercise routines. She has made it her mission to help other moms and moms-to-be reach their health and fitness goals, to increase their energy so they can keep up with their growing little ones, and to empower them to be strong and confident.

About Fit 4 Two® Stroller Fitness
It’s a mobile way for you to get a full body work out and still be able to attend to your baby’s needs. Each class includes intervals of power walking, functional strength training and cardio drills followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility. Our mobile intervals are ideal for babies who like to be on the move.
Where to Meet:
Inside the lobby at Marshalls, Podium Level at Highstreet at 9:30am
· Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).
· All fitness levels are welcome.
Things to Know:
· Classes are free
· Registration is not required.
· Classes will run rain or shine. If you wish to be notified if class is cancelled due to instructor illness or extreme weather conditions, email the instructor at firstname.lastname@example.org
· Highstreet will be providing weekly perks from participating stores
· Bring all baby needs and a water bottle. You do not need a jogging stroller.
· For safety reasons, mobile babies & tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/arms until core work.
