Congratulations on choosing to make a lifestyle change!

Step One: Download our personal training intake forms  One of these forms needs to be signed by your doctor or midwife.  Another needs to be emailed 48 hours before our first session.  The rest you can just bring to your first sessions.

Step Two: Email Pilar to set up a date(s).

About my style, methods and philosophy: As a mother myself I know the challenges that women can face trying to stay in shape before, during and after pregnancy. My goal is to help you reach your own personal goals in a smart and effective way. I also would like to teach you how you can learn to train by yourself so you will be able to move on from my training and create your own regiment that is specifically tailored to you. I personalize programs to serve your particular needs as a new parent, mom-to-be or both. We will focus on improving posture and strength while preventing injuries and burn out.  While I specialize in pre and postnatal fitness, I welcome general population clients as well.

Where I train: I train out of my home. I have created an open space where we can train with a variety of equipment that will guarantee that you will get a great workout. If you need to bring your baby he or she is welcome. If you prefer the outdoors I also train at parks around town and provide all the necessary equipment.

8 sessions $480 

12 sessions $600 

 

Partner Training (train with a friend)

60 Minute sessions

4 sessions $160 each

8 sessions $280 each
