Marina is a certified Fit 4 Two Pre and Postnatal Fitness and Postpartum Nutrition Specialist and is a BCRPA Group Fitness Leader. She holds and maintains her First Aid and CPR annually and attends pre and postnatal fitness conferences and workshops. Diastasis Recti (aka Abdominal Separation) and Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) are of particular areas of interest to her. She has dedicated herself to educating moms and moms-to-be to safely manage SPD and rehabilitate Abdominal Separation.
Marina is a proud mom that found purpose in her postnatal exercise routines. She has made it her mission to help other moms and moms-to-be reach their health and fitness goals, to increase their energy so they can keep up with their growing little ones, and to empower them to be strong and confident.

This is not just a walk in the park. Stroller Fitness is a baby-friendly full body workout. Each class includes intervals of cardio drills, functional strength training and short power walks followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility. Our mobile intervals are ideal for babies who like to be on the move. Come out and meet other moms in your community!
Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. You do not need a jogging stroller. For safety reasons, mobile babies & tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/arms until core work.
