New participants are welcome in any of our programs at any time!  You can do either drop-in classes, or you can register for a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the session!  Please refer to the Richmond Fit 4 Two Calender for accurate class listings!

"Baby Chelsea was born on Christmas Eve. It was a long and tough labor, and I ended up having a c section.  During contraction, I practiced my yoga breathing, and everyone (including the nurse) was amazed by how well I coped with the pain.
