When I first started Fit 4 Two Stroller Fitness, I was hesitant because I was worried that it would disrupt my son’s napping time. Once I started going consistently (2x/week), my son became accustomed to going to stroller fitness and would either nap or be thoroughly entertained at watching me workout during the class! I highly recommend anyone who is interested to give stroller fitness a try – you may be surprised how well your baby will adjust!!!
