After being out of shape and feeling quite "blah" for 9 months, and being inspired by a friend who attended Stroller Fitness religiously, I decided to check out this class when my daughter was 6 months old. It was tough at first but I felt a big improvement in my physical, emotional & mental well-being in a couple of weeks. I also met a lot of other mommies & their babies and enjoyed socializing with them.
