Questions about Abdominal Separation? Click here

When my daughter entered her fussy period – two weeks to four months – the only thing that would quiet her was holding her and doing squats. When she was screaming, big, fast squats would calm her and small bounces would lull her to sleep. Thanks to all the exercises we did in prenatal fitness, my baby would tire before my legs did (most of the time!).
