Stroller Fitness is a baby-friendly full body workout.  Each class includes intervals of cardio drills, functional strength training, and short power walks followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility.  Our mobile intervals are ideal for babies who like to be on the move.  Come out and meet other moms in your community! Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).  All fitness levels are welcome.  You do not need a jogging stroller. For safety reasons, mobile babies and tots should remain in their strollers/carriers/ arms until core work. 
note: class registration may say Bootcamp - we will be teaching Stroller Fitness

 Thank you so much for the strength and encouragement. I think I attended 3 rounds (dropped out early on the last round) of your class and loved every minute of it. NO WAY would I be physically able to endure that delivery unless I was strong enough to get through it. Now I see why its so important to stay active through your pregnancy. It's preparation for the marathon they call delivery!!! Loved the experience and can't wait to be pregnant again and do it all over again. ere
