Melanie Glaim-Osmack began Fit 4 Two in 2003 out of a passion to help women enjoy active pregnancies. With the birth of her son came the addition of postnatal fitness classes. It wasn't long before Melanie realized that her classes were more than physical fitness. They provided a safe place for women to ask questions, share their thoughts and support one another.
In 2006, Melanie created the opportunity for women in other communities to attend Fit 4 Two classes by franchising. While her business was growing so was her family. In late 2006, Baby Olivia joined Big Brother Caden.
Melanie continues to break the myths around pregnancy and exercise by training certified fitness instructors and personal trainers to become pre and postnatal fitness specialists, writing for various publications and speaking at Fitness Conferences.

About my style: My goal is to help you work smarter, not longer. I endeavor to get you from a 60 minute workout to a 45 minute workout by your third session. I personalize programs to serve your particular needs as a new parent, mom-to-be or both. We will focus on improving posture and strength while preventing injuries and burn out. While I specialize in pre and postnatal fitness, I welcome general population clients as well.
Where I train: I train out of a clean, bright and well-equipped gym in Yaletown. It is a condo gym so I will meet you at the front entrance. There are changerooms, showers and lockers (you need to bring a lock). If you need to bring your baby, or simply prefer the outdoors, I also train at Coopers Park in Yaletown. The Cambie bridge serves as a natural weather cover and I bring all the equipment.
