Jane’s Walks are free, locally organized walking tours, in which people get together to explore, talk about and celebrate their neighbourhoods. Where more traditional tours are a bit like walking lectures, a Jane’s Walk is more of a walking conversation. Leaders share their knowledge, but also encourage discussion and participation among the walkers. More Info

Melanie from Fit 4 Two is leading this Janes walk as a Stroller Fitness class.  Our focus is health and building community for new families.  Everyone is welcome but RSVP is required so we have enough equipment. 

While this is a free event, Fit 4 Two is a fitness company and therefore we need to do our due diligence by collecting intake forms/waivers. Please complete yours online before the walk.

What to expect: Intervals of power walking, cardio drills and strength training. We teach progressively so all fitness levels are welcome. 

Who should attend: Parents/caregivers with babies/tots/preschoolers who like being in the stroller and who want to celebrate their community.
