My prenatal classes with Callie were fun, active and challenging - it was more than I expected. I met other moms-to-be and started looking forward to my classes each week. Callie is entertaining, full of facts and is very inspiring.

While I knew staying active during my pregnancy would benefit me physically and mentally, I underestimated what it would do for me postnatally. Even though I had a great labour with only minor “fixing up”, I truly thanked those lunges when I needed to get myself out of bed and use my leg muscles. I was grateful for the Kegels when my pelvic floor healed very quickly, and for those arm exercises now that my baby is eating and gaining weight!  I can’t wait to start the mom and baby classes!
