After several years in the corporate sector, Pilar became a certified personal trainer and launched PilarFit in 2006. With a passion for fitness, she enjoyed helping people overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Pilar joined the Fit 4 Two team as an instructor in 2010 and was soon a fan favourite among the moms in Yaletown. She loved working with this specialty population and eventually joined her participants by becoming a mom to Maximus in 2014.
When the Fit 4 Two Vancouver East franchise came up for sale Pilar’s dream of supporting and empowering women in her own community became a reality. Pilar is excited and honoured to be the new Fit 4 Two Vancouver East Franchisee and can’t wait to meet all the moms and moms-to-be at class.

This class combines two of our most popular class: Tummies 4 Mommies and Infant Massage!
First 30 Minutes
Retrain your mind-CORE connection after pregnancy and childbirth. We will be using the latest research to help you improve CORE strength and flatten your tummy. It is time to get strong from the inside out. Not only will you look and feel better, but you will have the strength to tackle the everyday tasks of motherhood. This class is suitable (and effective) for women with abdominal separation. Pre-mobile babies only please.
Second 30 Minutes:
Connect with your baby through nurturing touch. Infant massage helps baby sleep better, relaxes and soothes, aids digestion, contributes to development, encourages bonding & improves communication. Research shows further benefits for babies with colic, eczema, babies with special needs and adoptive families. Mats, oil & handouts are provided. Please bring a blanket for baby. This class is designed for pre-mobile babies.
The Vancouver parks board website stops showing current sessions after the first couple of classes have passed. We welcome new participants at any time. All class dates on our calendars at www.fit4two.ca are accurate.If you cannot find the class you want on the park board online reg system,please call the centre directly to register.

Fit 4 Two has been an integral part of my post-pregnancy life, and especially east side owner Pilar Lehman. I started taking "mom and baby" spin class with Pilar 6 weeks postpartum with my first daughter. After one class I was hooked. Pilar provided fun, interesting and challenging workouts and as I continued in her classes she got to know me and helped me achieve my fitness goals. On my daughters first birthday, I was arguably in the best shape of my life. I continued to workout with her into my second pregnancy and at 4 weeks postpartum with my second daughter I was back in her classes again, doing spin and bootcamp. Not only does Fit 4 Two provide great fitness classes, but I also have met some amazing Moms and kids who I maintain great friendships with today.
