Personal Training - Prenatal, Postnatal and Beyond

60 min Sessions $80 once a week, $70 twice a week. 45 min Sessions $60 once a week, $50 twice a week

 

Partner Training (Train with a friend)

4 session $160 each, 8 sessions $280 each, 12 sessions $360 each

Small Group Training (3 people)

4 sessions $140 each, 8 sessions $240 each, 12 sessions $300 each.

Pilar creates an environment of non-judgment and fun in her classes and genuinely cares about the participants.  Even though there were (many) days where my energy levels were low during this pregnancy, I always felt re-energized at the end of class and great about what I had accomplished for me and the baby.  I attended classes from early in my second trimester until my 39th week - Callie provided ways to modify exercises as I grew and changed so that I could participate as fully as possible and get a great workout at whatever stage I was in.  I would recommend Callie\'s classes to anyone looking for an informative, fun and inspiring place to exercise during pregnancy!
