I found Dee's mom and baby spin and strength class to be hands down the most effective and efficient workout you could get with a lil one by your side.  Its the perfect amount of challenge in a nice casual environment where it's easy to tend to your little one when needed.  The combination of cardio and strength endurance just once (and sometimes twice) a week abled me to get back to pre-pregnancy fitness only a couple months after baby.  I really miss it!   Trish S.
