I had never spent much time with strengthening and core exercises, but Dee makes sure they are a part of every workout.  This is so important for recovering from childbirth and keeping strong so we can carry our ever-growing babies. Despite the differing fitness levels of all the participants (new and longstanding) in our class, Dee always makes sure we can ALL get a good workout and will push each of us to our limits. I've seen positive changes in my strength, fitness, and physique and I couldn't have done it without Dee. Some friends have even said I look more fit now than before my pregnancy! It doesn't hurt to hear that!
