This 6 week ONLINE program is for pregnant women who….
  • want a healthier, happier and more comfortable pregnancy.
  • do not have access to live prenatal fitness and wellness programming.
  • do have access to live prenatal fitness programming but want to add at home workouts and accountability.
Our Online Prenatal Fitness program is safe and beneficial for all healthy pregnant women with normal pregnancies who have been given the green light by their healthcare provider to exercise during this pregnancy.  All trimesters and fitness levels are welcome. 
 
Abdominal Separation? Not only is this program safe for you to do, but you will learn what to do and what to avoid if you have a separation.  
 
Please read the program details before registering. If your due date is a t least 12 weeks in the future, we recommend registering for our 12-week program.
 
NOTE: You can complete this program on any day at any time.  We had to choose a time to upload it to our calendar.

Stroller fitness has given me endurance, improved strength, better mood and allowed me to make new friends. Dee is an excellent instructor who has the ability to push me just a little further than I would go on my own, which I appreciate. Dee is knowledgeable about fitness and, especially, the unique needs of women who have recently given birth. I can't recommend this class enough!
