Fit 4 Two Online Fitness

$45/remainder of month. Fees will be pro-rated weekly as the month progresses.

Let's stay active together at home!  All classes are safe and effective for both pre and post natal women.  We teach progresivley, so all fitness levels are welcome. These classes are suitable and beneficial for women with diastasis recti.
 
We save all the workouts in our private Facebook group so you can do them live or at a time more conveneint for you.
 
Mon/Wed 9:45-10:30am Strength and Stretch
After warming up we will do a full body workout, designed specifially for pregnancy, labour, postpartum recovery and parenting.  
 
Tues/Thurs 9:45-10:15am Core & Stretch
Benefit from a strong and healthy core as your instructor leads you through 30 minutes of pre/postnatal-safe core exercsies and stretches designed especially for your needs as a new mom or mom-to-be.
 
Recommended equipment:
dumbbells or resistance band
yoga mat or towel
 
We strongly recommend participating in our prenatal core workshop or postnatal core workshop before joining this class.  This workshop will give you the foundation needed to feel safe and get the most out of our Fit 4 Two Online Core and Stretch.
 
Please complete your online intake form before your first class.  When you register, you will recvied 2 emails.  1. Your receipt 2. Your confirmation email which includes a link to join our private Facebook group.
