BYOB (Bring your own Band): Participants should bring a resistance band or dumbbells and a yoga mat/towel for Prenatal Fitness Outdoors. RipCords are available for purchase online.    
 
Due to COVID-19 we cannot share equipment and class will take place in one area.  If the park is quiet, we will add some mobile exercises as well.
