Fit 4 Two® Prenatal Fitness Outdoors
Let the fresh air motivate you to continue exercising regularly through the spring & summer. Each mobile class includes intervals of power walking and functional strength training followed by prenatal-specific core work and flexibility. Connect with other moms-to-be in your community while preparing for labour and parenthood.
Fit 4 Two® Instructors are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists, and follow the Canadian Guideline for Physical Activity Throughout Pregnancy. Registration and drop-in available. All fitness levels, and trimesters welcome. Online prenatal intake form must be completed before your first class. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
