I had so much fun this year attending classes. I enjoyed how much variety was offered and was pleased to find the work outs interesting as well as challenging. I feel like I was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape much sooner than I thought. Everyone I met was so nice and the instructors were so encouraging and understanding. I think it is an awesome program that you are running in the city :) -K.D.
