Are you ready for the next level? Stroller Bootcamp for moms & babies/tots includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core. Benefit from the camaraderie of other moms in your community while getting in a high intensity full body workout.
Women must be 'body ready' for this advanced class. This means that you have already eased back into fitness, been exercising 3-6 days a week (impact cardio and strength training) for at least 8 weeks, be injury free and not have diastasis recti. This means your baby is at least 4 months old.

I really enjoy your classes! You are great at motivating when my butt is dragging and always offer another level of intensity when I'm ready to kick it up a notch. I feel great and Erik loves to hang out with the other babes. Not only is Fit 4 Two great for physical activity, but also meeting other moms. I look forward to another couple months of classes and will miss you when I go back to work in September. -Lori G.
