Planning for a Fit Pregnancy - Workshop

Are you getting as much prenatal exercise as you would like?  Are your usual activities not working for you during your pregnancy?  Do you have a toddler or older children keeping you busier than previous pregnancies?  Do you have questions about the best activities for you?

New Canadian guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week, but how can YOU get there?  This 90 minute interactive workshop includes a review of the updated prenatal guidelines, suggested activities, sample strength & core routines, and a discussion of overcoming obstacles.  Design your own prenatal fitness program with the support of pre/postnatal fitness expert Aileen Hunt of Fit 4 Two Winnipeg.  Walk away with a plan to stay fit during your pregnancy in a way that works for you.

Stroller Bootcamp cancelled July 15th due to weather. Make up date is Friday, July 19th at 9:45am at St. Vital park.

Fit 4 Two classes are a great way to get your total body fitness back post baby while keeping your baby close to you. It's also a great way to meet new friends and get support. New to Winnipeg, I was also able to get great tips on places to eat, shop and play. It's your one stop shop for moms with babies that love fitness!!! -Annie L.
