Fit 4 Two Prenatal Yoga has probably been the single best thing I have done during my pregnancy! I was athletic to begin with and I'm sure genetics (and luck!) plays a large part, but I'm nearing the end and have had almost no physical issues/reduction in agility whatsoever; I'm sure yoga helped a lot!

New Fit 4 Two classes start the week of March 6
I just wanted to say thank you for providing such a great services to moms. I'm so glad that I learned about Fit 4 Two and was able to participate in prenatal yoga, stroller fitness and boot camp. The classes helped me to get organized in the morning, feel more confident as a mom and feel good. If I have a second child I'll be definitely back. - Eva C.
