How do I renew my certification?
Your Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist Certification issued by Fit 4 Two® Pre and Postnatal Fitness is valid for 1 year.
Fit 4 Two will send you a reminder and renewal form via email 6-8 weeks before your certification expires. It is your responsibility to complete this form and return it to Fit 4 Two on or before your expiration date. In addition, you will need to send in current copies of your group fitness/personal trainer registration and proof of 2 CECs related to pre and postnatal fitness.
If you let your PPFS certification expire, you can reactivate your status by re-writing the exam and sending in current copies of your group fitness/personal trainer registration.
Please note that certification renewals are processed within 10 business days.
Both options are listed below:
If you have not received your PPFS Renewal Form, please click here to request a copy.
The $99 fee includes access to the current PPFS course materials online, the PPFS exam and your renewal Fee.
You will have three options for writing your exam:
1. Write the exam 3:00-5:00pm on the Sunday of an in-class course (click here for dates and locations). This is a schedued group exam. The fee for this exam is included in your original registration but you must RSVP. Details.
2. Arrange a local proctor. Ideally your proctor is a direct supervisor and will not charge you to sit the exam. If they do charge, this will be at your cost. Exams are now done online so you will need access to a computer and the internet. Click here for detailed instructions for writing an exam with a local proctor.
3. Book Fit 4 Two proctor. Exams are done Monday-Friday 9:30am-3:00pm at 1009 Expo Blvd in Vancouver. Contact us with your preferred date and time.
